You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful—including attempts to circumvent security measures, place orders under false pretenses, or misrepresent your identity or eligibility—may result in order cancellation, account termination, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors occasionally occur, and manufacturers may update specifications without notice.
If we discover a significant error—whether in pricing, description, or availability—we reserve the right to correct it, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices or fulfill orders for items listed in error.
Inventory is subject to availability. If a product you’ve ordered is no longer available, we’ll notify you and provide a full refund.
Age Requirements and Eligibility
By placing an order, you certify that you are legally permitted to purchase the items in your cart and that you meet all applicable age requirements.
Minimum age of 18 applies to long guns (rifles and shotguns), long gun ammunition, and most non-serialized accessories.
Minimum age of 21 applies to handguns, handgun ammunition, frames, receivers, and any item legally classified as age-restricted.
We may request proof of age or eligibility before processing or shipping your order. Providing false information regarding age or eligibility is a violation of these terms and may be a criminal offense.
Purchasing Firearms and Serialized Items
All firearms, frames, receivers, and serialized components must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. This is required by federal law, and there are no exceptions.
You are responsible for selecting an FFL willing to accept the transfer, completing all required paperwork (including ATF Form 4473), presenting valid identification, passing all applicable background checks, and paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.
If you are unable to complete the transfer—due to a failed background check, dealer refusal, or any other reason—the item will be returned to us. Refunds in these situations will be issued minus restocking and return shipping fees.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Laws vary significantly by jurisdiction, and some items we sell may be restricted or prohibited where you live.
We make reasonable efforts to prevent shipment of restricted items to prohibited locations, but compliance is ultimately your responsibility. Orders found to violate applicable laws may be cancelled without notice.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Austere Outfitters is the seller of record for all transactions. Fulfillment may be performed by our internal team or by authorized third-party partners. Carrier selection, packaging, and shipping methods are determined based on product type, destination, and legal requirements.

Our return policy varies by product type. Firearms and ammunition sales are final. Other items may be eligible for return within specified timeframes and under certain conditions.

Warranties
All product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Austere Outfitters does not issue warranties and does not process warranty claims. If you experience a defect covered under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.
Limitation of Liability
Austere Outfitters is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the misuse of products purchased from us, failure to follow applicable laws, safety guidelines, or manufacturer instructions, actions or inactions of third parties including carriers, FFL dealers, or manufacturers, or events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austere Outfitters, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of products, or breach of applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of products will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for resolution of any such disputes.

Severability
